このアイテムには、タテヨコともに40番手のコットン糸を使用し、高密度に織り上げられた生地を使用しています。独自の技術を持つ職人が一つ一つ手作業で染色し、天日干しで仕上げた特別なダウンプルーフ生地です。ダウンプルーフとは、羽毛が飛び出さないように高密度に織られた生地のことで、「ダンプ」とも呼ばれます。
この生地は薄手でありながら、透け感が少なく、高密度ならではの独特のハリ感があります。さらに、天日干しによる風合いが加わり、深みのある趣を楽しむことができます。

[ DESIGN ]
This is a stylishly designed shirt vest. The shoulder width is designed compactly to create a delicate impression. Meanwhile, the armholes and bodice feature a relaxed A-line silhouette for comfortable wear. The hem includes a drawcord, allowing for the creation of gathers to change the silhouette. It uses nut buttons with the original logo.

This item uses fabric woven with 40-count cotton threads in both warp and weft at a high density. Skilled craftsmen with unique techniques hand-dye and finish it with sun-drying, creating a special down-proof fabric. Down-proof fabric, also known as "damp," is woven at a high density to prevent feathers from poking through.
Although the fabric is lightweight, it has minimal transparency due to its high density, offering a unique firmness. The sun-drying process adds a rich and profound texture to the material.
